Spread-a-Bale Maxi
The Maxi Feed-a-Bale system is designed for versatile bale handling, capable of spreading all bale shapes and sizes, including round bales with a diameter up to 1.8 meters. It features 1.3-meter-high rotors that can manage the largest rectangular bales. The system requires a minimum loader lift capacity of 3.0t. It offers fast operation, taking approximately one minute to load and de-twine the bales, followed by under a minute to discharge and spread. Only one loader is needed—there’s no need for a second tractor or pneumatic spreader. The proven design has been in use for over 20 years and is truly self-loading from both stack and floor.
The system’s versatility allows it to load and spread both round and rectangular bales. It operates without electronics, requiring only a single double-acting, two-way spool valve, and no low-pressure return line. The system is available in either a galvanized or painted green finish and features a side frame for side mounting, loading, and discharge. Built with heavy-duty motors, it can handle all high-density and compacted bales.
